Shampoo, body wash make up and more

Hi,
I am currently in my first trimester  and was wondering what you ladies recommend  for body wash, shampoo face wash, makeup  etc during pregnancy.
Also I have some cast iron pans  I want to not use my non stick any more  are cast iron pans safe, or should I get ceramic instead?

This is all a little extreme. Your pans are fine, unless there are a ton of scratches in the Teflon (in which case you should have replaced them already) 
I’m all for choosing healthier products for yourself, but uprooting your whole life isn’t necessary.

you should be fine using your normal stuff. the only thing I would change is if you use a facewash with salicylic acid

Cast iron is great and totally safe! I have been pretty happy using personal products from the honest company and dolphin organics. They both are pretty clean and also work! Honest has products specifically for adults and Dolphin organics only has "kids" stuff but it's fine and i use it on my baby now. I am currently using Primally Pure deodorant, and have used Schmidt's magnesium and charcoal as well. Some people like native, but it didn't do anything for me. I didn’t change anything. Used all my regular products. For cooking I prefer the ceramic coating, but I have a bit of everything in my kitchen.

This was 100% me during the first trimester. I felt like everything was dangerous and needed to be switched. Sure, some might say extreme, but the more informed you are the less extreme it is.

Cast iron is great because it actually puts iron into your food, so you’re fighting anemia while you’re cooking! I’ve been vegetarian for 22 years and never been anemic, including during pregnancy.

I’m always switching products, but lately I’ve been using Moroccan Oil shampoo and conditioner. It’s not as “clean” as I prefer, but it’s sulphate and paraben Free and it works better than all of the super organic hair products I’ve tried. I also really like Playa hair products and they’re considered clean. Shea Moisture is also decent and it smells amazing. For body wash I usually use a bar soap and I really like goat milk soap or I’ll just use my son’s Dr. Bronners bar soap, which is very moisturizing and natural. If you prefer a pump style wash then I like the REN Clean Skincare kelp and magnesium wash from Sephora, which has very good ingredients. For makeup I use a bunch of different brands, but some of my favorite clean brands are W3ll People, Ilia, 100% Pure, Jane Iredale, and Thrive Cosmetics. 
As far as your cast iron pans, they’re definitely better than nonstick and should be fine when you’re pregnant, as long as you don’t take too much iron in your prenatal. That being said, I have some DaTerra Cucina ceramic pans that I’m in love with and they’re so easy to clean, but I wouldn’t buy new pans just because you’re pregnant.

It depends on how your skin gets during pregnancy. I got really dry skin and horrible breakouts so I used really basic body wash that had nothing extra in it and a mild face wash and moisturizer. You can’t use anything with acne medicine in it which sucks but I just covered it up as best as I could with makeup.

Cast iron is totally safe and recommended over non stick. Lily Nichols, RDN has a lot of evidence based information about the toxicity of non stick pans.
