I don’t have much CM outside Cervix but I know I’ve plenty inside cervix . It’s never dropping in underclothes. I get wet when I’m horny and while doing intercourses , so does that mean I’ve fertility issues ?

do you get regular periods? not everyone gets a surplus of CM...the only important CM is around ovulation
