I need your help ladies š
Awhile ago after I gave birth I found out I have hyperthyroidism/gravesā disease. My last checkup I weighed 100. 145 to 100 real quick. How do I gain my weight back? My levels are now close to a normal range besides the ātsh levelsā. I was told by my endocrinologist that itāll take 6 to 9 months to go back to normal. Iām tired of looking so tiny. Iāve already asked how can I can gain weight. He never said anything.
