Is this a crime?

So when I was 19, I went on a tinder date. The guy said he was 25. I was a little skeptical of the age gap but I was shallow and he was super fit and attractive so I agreed to go out with him.

Fast forward to the end of our date, we were sitting in his camaro and I was about to leave, and he leaned in to kiss me. I was expecting a sort of quick, tender kiss but he forced his tongue in my mouth and basically firmly held my head when I tried to pull away. I just let him kiss me for a minute but I had never French kissed so I was shocked and confused and it felt really gross and uncomfortable to me. I still feel gross thinking about it.

Then the next day I found him on LinkedIn and discovered he’s actually 37. He had all these bs excuses about how women his age were all married with kids and younger women wouldn’t give him a chance. I cut the relationship off immediately, but I look him up occasionally and it pisses me off that he’s been so financially successful when he was deceptive to me and possibly others.

Is what he did a crime since I was forcibly kissed and under false pretenses? Is it dumb that I feel violated and gross 4 years later?

Update: I’m not going to do anything about it, I just was curious. I never really took it seriously because I was sexually abused for several years as a child, and this seemed trivial compared to that.
