Advice?? Possible breast cancer??

I’ve been having lots of pain under my arm when I noticed this big lump.

I have an appointment Tuesday with my doctor, I’m just here because I feel like I’m over thinking it.

On top of the painful lump under my right arm I’ve had pain in the right breast and nipple, and I haven’t had any appetite in a few weeks.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any advice or information is much appreciated 🙏🏻
