If you were a daily coffee drinker before, did you give it up when you got pregnant?

Didn't give it up. I have one a day. The thing about having one cup a day is not that you're taking a smaller risk, it's actually no risk, since studies show no problems whatsoever with pregnant women having a cup a day. So please don't say "why even risk it?" when science says there is no risk. I don't take any risks with my pregnancy.

I drink two cups day! I did with my daughter also I cut back a little bit it was 3 cups before... But! This was the only caffeine throughout the day no soda for me

I gave it up because I didn't do caffeine with my first pregnancy and I'm not going to make sacrifices for one child and not the other. I know that research says that one or two cups a day is fine, but I just always felt like it was better to cut it all out. I don't have the best self-control when it comes to moderation, I'd rather just not have it in the house.

I initially cut back from 2-3 cups owe day to 1 per day. But, turns out my baby doesn't really like it?  It started to taste awful. So, I'm off. I have a cup here and there if I really want it now that I'm farther along.

Yes, completely but not by choice! I can't stand the smell or taste, i was a HUGE coffee drinker before so had to cut back over the first couple of weeks to reduce the lack of caffeine headaches. My dr said its ok to have 1 cup a day.
