Baby's last name ???

I have a question idk if it's stupid to ask bt here it goes . My now ex bf is saying he's not our baby's dad 🙄 which I'm 1000% sure he is . I'm 32 weeks & I'll be having a c section at 37 weeks . Anyways he says he's not going to sign the birth certificate bt yet he wants the baby to have his last name . I'm unsure if I could give the baby his last name if he doesn't want to sign the birth certificate . He agreed to take a DNA test after baby is born . He says if the baby's his and he doesn't have his last name that he's going to be really upset. He's gonna look so dumb bt that's what he wants .
So my question is can I give my baby his last name even though he doesn't want to sign the birth certificate ????

If he doesn't sign, he doesn't have the right to tell you to give the baby his last name, especially if he is saying the baby isn't his. If the baby isn't his, then why does the baby need his name? Unless he wants to be the father, be on the birth certificate and step up as an adult man, not a man child, the baby should have your name.

Fuck him!! Don't put him on the certificate and DON'T give baby his last name!!! He wants to be stupid and say it's not his then boy bye!!!
