Where I am from, the anatomy scan is between 18 and 20 weeks. But you can pay for a 3D ultrasound as early as 15 weeks to determine gender I believe! :) I had mine done at 19 weeks with just a standard ultrasound and they could clearly tell he is a boy! :)
