What is going on with me?

Ok. My last period was August 12th-17th. It's now October 5th and I've not had a period since. I took a pregnancy test a week ago and it was negative. What could be the reason for a missed period if the tests say I'm not pregnant?

That was my last period as well!! I went to the doctors and they said I wasn't pregnant. Maybe it's because I stopped taking my birth control? Did you take it before?

I've seen a couple women on here that it's actually taken 2 months before they got their positive. It could be stress but you could go see your dr :)
