So I work at a daycare, and the director is literally the least appropriate person to fill the position. Some might have read my other post about her, but she went around the daycare calling my husband ugly spreading rumors that I’m probably cheating on him, and rumors about one of my 17-year-old coworkers sleeping with a parent when it was 100% untrue ( dad could have lost custody of his daughter if someone would have reported him for this RUMOR she made up). So today while working, the Peter of the daycares one-year-old daughter tried biting my the other teacher so as a joke, I said “maybe if she bites you, we can kick her out “ (we obviously can’t kick the owners kid out of her own daycare) and she goes on to tell me that a boy in preschool got kicked out a few months ago for biting her ( I already knew that) but then she continues to tell me that the director told her to make him bite someone so they can kick him out. So she told him “bite my arm”, he did, and now he’s gone. And she has supposedly told her to make another child bite someone to kick them out too (he still goes to the daycare but is on probation for biting). Yes, they are a lot to handle and are the worst behaved kids at the center but REALLY??? The DIRECTOR told a teacher to MAKE a child bite someone so we can kick them out the daycare??? I can’t even
