Digital art programs
So I am curious on what art programs that are either free or relatively cheap, yet easy to use, that are good. I have never done digital art, but I am very interested in it and would like to try it without spending a whole bunch of money. I have a fairly good tablet that has good reviews for digital art, with it being just a normal tablet and have been looking into good reviewed art pens. I have always done traditional, so this is pretty new to me.
