I can’t swallow pills

I HAVE to chew them. It’s disgusting, I get that. I have a pill crusher, but it’s a bitch to clean, and it’s faster just to chew them. Don’t get me started on the taste 😒🙄 I tried swallowing it cut in half last week, and I choked on it, and puked in my mouth. That’s why I chew my pills 😬
