Ruptured Cyst Early Pregnancy?!?!

Has anyone experienced a ruptured cyst in early pregnancy?

I am between 4.5-5.5 weeks pregnant. Have had very uncomfortable back pain on the left side for two days. The doctor had me come in for a ultrasound this morning. They saw a small area in the endometrium but were unable to determine anything other than positive pregnancy urine at this time. They did notice fluid around my left ovary and a cyst. Potentially a very recent ruptured cyst. Any experience anyone has had with this would ease my mind. I was basically told it was to early for anything conclusive. The urine showed pregnant. They are checking my blood and will potentially revisit with another ultrasound.
