Constant nausea is normal but I feel like throwing up that much is a little concerning just for risk of dehydration and not getting enough nutrients. I would atleast talk to your OB because they can prescribe you a stronger anti nausea medication

Make sure you drink coconut water, Gatorade, or something with lots of electrolytes, because water by itself can be really hard on an empty stomach and cause more nausea. Other than that, talk to your ob about zofran or diclegis.
