Why me

So I was attacked Thursday night . I went to the hospital and the baby no longer has a heartbeat they said it will just come out in a couple of days naturally. I have a 4 year old who is going to ask where is her brother or sister . I’m currently walking around with a baby with no heartbeat in my stomach knowing I’ll never see my baby’s face hear my baby’s voice and teach him or her is killing me . Why me ? Why does these things happen to anyone ? And why do I feel like my baby is okay and all 3 of the doctors were wrong ? I went to hospital after hospital yesterday not believing anyone and still don’t believe that my baby is no longer alive but still inside of me
