Is it too soon to announce at 9 weeks?

I’ve been debating on whether I should wait the full 12 weeks to announce or if I should do it now since I’m already looking different. My doctor says everything is perfect and she sees nothing to raise any concerns. What do you guys think?

I announced early but then at 12 weeks found out the baby passed at 8 even after seeing the hb at 6 😕, so waited until 12 this time around and until 14/15 for social media. Definitely personal preference! Even this pregnancy family and close friends knew after the 8 week scan just because they were so supportive the first time.
