Anyone get new period/menstration symptoms that you didn’t get prior to pregnancy ?

So I never used to get nipple pain or breast tenderness with my period prior to my March baby. 
Now this period which showed up early and had been long and very light Im getting hard core nipple pains. 
I don’t breast feed so it’s kinda weird I think. The last time my nipples hurt like this I was just getting my positive pregnancy test last year for my March baby. But I’m on birth control pills. 
I may test tomorrow morning just for peace or mind.

My periods prior to my second baby were always about 4-5 days with the first 2 days the heaviest but nothing crazy and the last two days light. I now for the last 3 months have had a period that lasts only two days. The first day I’m soaking super tampons in 3 hrs the second day still super heavy. Day three nothing, not even spotting. It’s so bizarre.

I have pcos so i use to have super irregular period (40-70 days cycle) and when I got them they would be super light and last 3-4 days.
Now after baby I have thwm every 28 days and they last 7 days and are SOOOO HEAVY.

Anyone get new period/menstration symptoms that you didn’t get prior to pregnancy ?
