Wondering if im thinned out or-if she came down lower?

So today I feel a change down there. I feel a lot of movement in my vag when she does all that moving or whatever it is she’s doing in there ... but I feel it ... it’s not like a needle pin pain it’s just weird and uncomfortable or irritating feeling like she could burst the sac or come through any minute.... I inserted some primrose oil in me earlier this morning and just laid down til it leaked out and was done bursting in there then took a shower .. now I’m feeling all of that. I was already 4cm 60 effaced so idk what I am now but I can feel a change. Wondering if anyone may know not that y’all are doctors but just if u have ever experienced it know what might have change ?
