☆38wks☆contractions 6minutes apart at NST☆

I had an NST today and an Ultrasound as well. The Nurse told me I'm having contractions 6 minutes apart, but I didnt feel them at all. She also said last time she's seen this happen, the momma was back in 2-3days to deliver.. what do you ladies think? I do feel alot of pressure and I think the cramps I'm having may be contractions. How far apart do they need to be to go to the hospital?
