Sleepless
Does anyone know of safe sleeping aids to use while pregnant? I got moves to night shift and my SO is on a morning shift. So I get in bed at 7am and wake up with him at 10 and can't sleep anymore after that. I've tried teas, blackout curtains, and nothing is working. Please help!
