Marijuana use vs. female representative system

I was diagnosed with endometriosis in 2017. This year, after what we believe was a miscarriage in January caused by medications I was on due to a car accident that occurred in June 2018, I was diagnosed with PCOS. I gave up the opiates and the other rx and started to use CBD&THC. Given, I use very little THC and only use it when I can't take the pain anymore. We are not TTC yet, but I worry about the effects of MJ on the female reproductive system. Can anyone recommend a reliable source that is not powered by political agenda?
