Oh, look almost Autumn time for Anxiety to kickmyass
So I’m up once again on another sleepless bender!
It’s been about a month since anxiety took me over again. Last week I had an anxiety attack every other day anything from hard to breathe to tingles to the shakes-
Bad enough to make me pass out into sleep bed I was so overwhelmed
Well I guess since 3 days ago now I’ve just had head pressure especially behind my eye and dizzy feeling, and LOTS of tense muscles!
I can’t relax and I’m losing my mind.
I keep thinking I have the flu bcs I feel warm and my muscles are so tender, but I’m not sick st all.
I lay awake all night and all I feel is hopeless and so so sad
I’ve also unintentionally lost 30 pounds in about 5 weeks- not working out, not loss of aperitif. Idk HOW!!
When does it end.....?
