When does the honeymoon end?

I've been married 10 months, and I still feel as smitten as I did by our third date.  We hit it off from day one, and got engaged 6 months later, married after 10 months.  Our relationship has always been such a safe and loving place for me.  He feels the same.  We both are realistic and realize it probably won't last...  but who knows?

Our story is the same engaged at 6 months and married at 10...my husband and I been together for 17 yrs and I still am giddy over him I still fly into his arms when he comes home from work.

I don't think it ends my husband and I have been together for almost 5 years and married for two and a half and we still love each other and feel for each other like the first day we met we have a son hopefully one on the way and we are very happy so congrats for having a love for you feel like your honeymoon has no end a lot of people get those were the lucky ones

That's so great to hear :)  I knew there must be some out there who can attest to it.  Everyone acts like marriage is this horrible, difficult thing.  Even this marriage study at church we are doing is so focused on the negative. I've been through hard things, and so has he.  We relate to each other, and our relationship is a source of peace and strength.

Honeymooning lasts as long as you want it to. You just have to be willing to self analyze, be open to discussion and both be open to admitting when you're wrong and apologizing and FIXING the issue. We actually were the opposite. We argued on our honeymoon. Never lost love for each other. But it was not how I imagined. However, I took initiative and did what I explain above. I asked him what I could fix, fixed it, asked him what made him feel loved and appreciated, did it, then requested he fix a few things, because I fixed my issues he fixed his and we have been flawless ever since. I'm quite obsessed with him actually. Head over heels. I don't even remember the last time we argued. Oh yeah and our baby will be here any time!!☺️☺️☺️
Just make sure you work on things without being defensive and honeymoon can last or start up whenever you desire!

We've been married for 3 years, been together for 8 and it still feels like a honeymoon to me ❤ When me & my husband go on dinner dates, he still does stuff he did when we dated. Strangers often say "Awww are yall on yalls first date?" We're like NO, we've been together for 8 years Lol. They are shocked. People say the honeymoon ends when kids come into the picture. I can't say it will end or it won't end because we don't have yet, but I know it will change the dynamics of our marriage.

I'd like to think sometimes it doesn't end! Hubby and I have been together 3 years, married for almost one year in December and it still feels like we're in the honeymoon phase. We've been together since like literally day 3. Only had issues during the early dating period. Let's hope we all stay in blissful love with our SO's until the end! 🍻
