Self harm

Hello my eve ladies. I need some advice. I just found out my daughter and her best friend have been cutting themselves. Her best friends mom found out a little while ago and put her in therapy so she is getting help now. When i found out my daughter was cutting i approached her out of love. I wasn’t angry or upset and i didn’t raise my voice. I told her i love her no matter what and I’m sad she has been cutting and that i will do everything i can to help her. First thing Monday morning i am finding a therapist for her to start going once a week or even twice a week if she needs it.

Now the advice i would like is from anyone who does self harm or have gone through this with their own kids. What else can i do to help her get through this? Any extra tips? Please help me 😢
