Implantation bleeding or period bleeding ??

So me and my spouse have been ttc for the month of July. As you can see it says I’m 3 days late, however today I’m having light spotting. Is this a sign of implementation or am I really going to start my period soon?...

Just wondering whether it was implantation bleeding after? Iv read that implantation bleeding doesnt always come the day of implantation, it can be a up to a week after
