So relieved!
We have one healthy beautiful daughter, and one angel baby we lost at 12 weeks in June and it ended up being super traumatic after an emergency D&C for uncontrollable bleeding.
About four weeks ago I still hadn't had AF but hubby and I had only DTD once and used protection but the doctor told me to test at home to check. And surely it came back positive. Went in and had a scan, went back a week later got a date of 5w5d and hb of 101bpm. Then started bleeding and cramping like no other. Stuck on bedrest, felt hopeless and was certain we were losing this baby.
Finally today they got me in and did an ultrasound and sweet baby was still there measuring a few days ahead now and a heart rate of 174! I was so shocked and relieved. They arent sure still why I'm cramping and bleeding but possibly due to the D&C and then the progesterone I've been on as well. I'm finally feeling hopeful and like maybe just maybe I won't get my heart broken again. 💜🍼
