Implantation Bleeding?

So I took a pregnancy test Friday and had a super faint 2nd Line for a BFP & same for Saturday & have had slightly sore breasts (more than usual), cramping since ovulation, sweating more, headaches, increased appetite, heightened smell, increased CM, etc... today I noticed light pink/red when I wiped, then nothing for awhile, then a little more, but not a flow & cramps with it, my actual period isn’t due until Wednesday or Thursday! So could this be implantation bleeding? And if so how long have you experienced this before?

I hope this is what it is as I will be devastated if my AF comes after the 2 super faint positive tests!
