I noticed this on LO's bottom gums about 2 days ago. It doesn't seem to be bothering her. I'm thinking it looks like epstein pearls, but I'm not sure. She has been chewing on everything and drooling a lot. I just don't think it looks like a tooth bud. What do you guys think it can be?

Looks like an Epstein pearl. My son had one at about that same spot last week and now it’s gone.

My son has those too. I brought it up at his one month appointment and his pediatrician said it wasn’t a tooth coming in and nothing to worry about. I don’t remember what she said it was though 🤦🏼‍♀️😆
