Feeling frustrated and confused

Been using opks once daily for the past week, no surge detected. I’m having a hard time not drinking too much/holding it for a long time and think I have really diluted urine.

Last month I ovulated cd18. This month I’m on 21 and have no idea if I have or not yet. My bbt has a big spike but no corresponding lh surge and it was on super hot nights where I ate a lot the night before and didn’t sleep well so feel like it’s not accurate. Any thoughts?
