Can you see genitals at 13 week ultrasound?

I have my 13 week ultrasound tomorrow and our nipt test has confirmed a girl after having 3 boys 😍 will we be able to see her  lady parts tomorrow on the ultrasound?

You can see the parts, but telling the difference between the parts isn’t very inaccurate seems at this stage they look identical. I would get a confirmation scan closer to 20 weeks.

They saw them at our 13 week ultrasound last week but they weren’t confident to tell us one way or the other... my tech said they look too similar at this stage. Good luck!

I think it’s more obvious if it’s a boy. If it’s a girl, it still might be confused for boy parts at that point.

We were told boy at my 12 week scan but just found out at my anatomy scan that our little “boy” is actually a little girl lol. I know a lot of people that were able to find out the accurate sex of the baby, but I’d definitely wait for the anatomy scan just to be sure.

Probably not but I’m unsure why you want to if you already know the gender. The NIPT tests are way more accurate. You can tell the gender from about 15 weeks occasionally but usually people wait until 12 weeks. I’d just focus on the medical concern that you’re having the scan for now as if you are definitely having a girl. I hope your scan goes well :) x
