I’m 16, I have an interview tomorrow for a job at McDonalds and I’m really hoping I get it! But I was wondering, if any of you have ever worked at McDonald’s and what was the interview process like? When did you hear back from them about the job? What kind of questions did they ask during the interview! Any tips for me? Thank you 😬

Super easy! Just be yourself and happy and if you get the job make sure to be extremely happy and that all the customers feel important (even if other employees don't) this will make you stand out to management but of course never slack on the side stuff you have to do which will also stand out as being a hard worker! I went for a interview and they just asked me basic stuff like why do i wajt to work there and like what do I do and why I would be a good fit for them and what I can bring to table . The lady told me she liked me very much and to come back Friday and finish the rest of the application to work there and they would be telling me what I would be doing working there I didn't show up because the day the day I got the job I found out I was pregnant(planned)😂😂 so I never went back on Friday . All I can say is just have a lot of confidence and hopefully they like your personality
