Cheated on And Heart Broken

My bf,ex now,have been together for three years and I recent found out that he cheated on me while I’m out of state and I’m just so so hurt right now, my body is numb I can’t sleep at night but during the day all I wanna do is sleep,I have a pit in my stomach and my heart ache and I just don’t want to feel like this anymore.im just so heart broken.cause I feel like it’s partly my fault cause u started argument cause of my insecurities and anxiety and that pushed him away.but it sucks cause he was my best friend and my only friend and I really thought when he told me he loved me that it was true..and I just don’t want to feel like this anymore..
