how to ask my parents to fix the phone they smashed

my dad wanted me to go rock climbing. i didn’t want to. he took my phone from me and started yelling and my whole house was loud and i needed it all to stop so i yelled “i dont care” (i have anxiety they know this, loud sounds do not help) and my dad smashed my phone with a rock. how to i ask him to fix it? i pay for the phone bill and paid for he phone.
