Lady in labor having a smoke

I went to a doctors appointment that happens to be right across the birthing area of the hospital. There was this lady in labor walking around in a robe (I guess they let you go outside in the garden?) Walking about and bent over with a huge contraction for a minute, the straightened up, lit a cigarette, and spoke down to her belly shouting "I quit cold Turkey for you, you little bastard, but now that I'm this far I may as well take the edge off"... then a pause followed by a belly rub "sorry little dude but these contractions hurt like nobody's fukkin business" 😂😂😂
