Night time routines?

What are some of your night routines, that help your baby sleep through the night?

6:00 Dinner
6:30 Quiet, calm play
7:00 Bath and jammies
7:15 Close blinds in baby’s room and say “night night, time for sleep”
7:16 Dad reads a chapter from a book while mom rocks and breastfeeds
7:25 Turn on noise machine and put baby down with pacifier.  Usually is asleep within minutes.

An hour before bed we do kind of a quiet time, she plays still but we have lullaby music on then we give a bottle then read a book about 30 minutes before she actually goes down. Then we say a prayer and I lay her down

5pm give solid food
5:30pm bath time then pjs
6:00pm bottle
6:15pm quiet play time with the lights dim in his room 
6:30pm nurse & listen to his bed time song then down for bed in his crib
9:30pm I go in his room and give him a bottle while he is asleep (just started doing this this week and he suddenly sleeps through the night!!) 
Also this isn't super rigid. Sometimes the times sway a bit, and it's important to be ok with that! Bedtime can be really frustrating or disappointing if you are always trying to do it exactly by the clock.

Quick walk around the block in his stroller (calms him down SO much), bath, diaper, lotion/massage, quick story time, sound machine, nurse but not to sleep, rock for a minute, kiss and lay him down in his crib around 7pm. He still wakes around 3am for a quick feed then back down until 6:30/7am.

Bath (every other night), put on calming sleep music while I do a lotion massage, diaper and pajamas, read 2 stories and sleep sack. Then I turn on white noise and feed bottle. I make sure she doesn’t fall asleep feeding. Burp and lay down.

When he starts getting fussy I take him to his room or if I an already in his room then I pick him up turn off the bigger light leave on the low light, bring him to his diaper changing table turn the sound machine on proceed to change his diaper put his jammies on and put his sleep sack on him giving him his Binky also and his Blankey sometimes if it doesn’t get in the way of me changing his diaper and then we read two or three books while we rock a little And then I lay him down and he goes straight to sleep, very rarely does he take a while to go to sleep as long as he is tired he will go right to sleep, you have to look for those sleepy cues!
