Colostrum leaks

So, I need some advice here before I make a doctor's appointment if I even need to. I started leaking tiny drops of colostrum at 16+3 weeks pregnant. I'm now 23 and its been slight at best but tonight all of a sudden my sheets were wet and I looked at my breast and it was SPRAYING colostrum! Like I mean I was getting distance without touching them. I have very large breasts and thought maybe the gravity made it forceful.. I took a medicine cup and I poured out 10ml before it slowed down to drips. Is this normal? Leaking THIS much? This is baby number 2 for me but its been 12 years.. I've been avoiding touching them.
