I’ve been trying to conceive for over a year. One finally picked up OPKs

we’ve been trying for over a year. My fiancé actually got he semen tested and he has low sperm count around 2 million. The doctor prescribed him medicine to try to help. He’s been taking it since July. I’m getting so discouraged because I really love him and I want us to be able to start a family soon.

I’m praying that between the opks, and pre seed something will work. Has anyone been in the same position?
