I’m getting frustrated

I wait in the waiting room 40+ minutes past my appointment time with my ob every single appointment. I understand that things happen and people get behind but I feel like my time isn’t being respected.

And then the doctor only spends 5 minutes with me and runs out.

It is currently 45 minutes past my appointment time and I’m sitting in the lobby with an old woman who won’t shut up about how someone she knows keeps making up miscarriages. Which is making my frustration even worse.

I also haven’t eaten yet today because I’m also getting my glucose test.

So is it just my doctor or is the wait pretty typical?
