Anyone having hot flashes in their lower body?
I’ve been getting hot flashes in my lower body, from my belly button to about mid thigh, around my butt and back too. I had a really bad one while I was sleeping the other night and thought my water broke or I peed myself. 😂 I’m 35+5 with my 3rd baby and I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
