Bad cramps on birth control
I’ve been on birth control pills for quite some time (a year and six months) and man do I get bad cramps the first 1-3 days. They can get a little crippling. The flow isn’t super heavy or anything either. Pretty medium and normal. Then after the third day it’s light for the last two days with almost no cramps. It kicks my ass though
