Does this look like a baby?

During my surgery they took this picture inside of my uterus could anyone please tell me what this could be to me it looks like a baby the shape and everything between my tubes the second picture if you zoom in it looks like a baby to me in a sac the face shape and little fingers by it’s mouth and body shape and the cord coming down and I had surgery because my tubes became blocked for the second time and the doctor said he was going to unblock it I have to wait 2 weeks for the report and to see the doctor
