Gender reveals?

Did you/would you have a gender reveal? 
Are you glad you did? Do you wish you did or didn't? 
My husband's cousin wants me to have one and Im thinking on it. I love seeing other people do theirs. I just personally feel like for myself it would seem over the top and honestly be hard to find enough people to actually show up and care enough for a whole party lol.  
With my son my friend wanted to throw me a big one but I didn't want to do that, mainly because I didn't want to wait for a party I just wanted to know lol. So We decided she could go with us for the ultrasound and be the only one to know and already have cupcakes (blue and pink only her knowing which was which so we didn't have to wait for a big party) we met with her and 4 other friends for dinner and ate the boy cupcakes there.

Nah, I didn't & won't with this one. I honestly think the sex only matters to the parents (I am really excited for my friends having kids but I don't care at all what the sexes are) & it seems like a silly thing to focus so much on anyway.

We had a small dinner with parents, siblings, and our 2 best friends ending with a gender reveal cake.  Not big, not over the top, but just fun and a nice way to celebrate.

We had the doctor write it down and then went out to a nice dinner to find out, just the two of us. It didnt feel right finding out in a doctors office haha.

I wanted to do one with this baby but hubby hates them. He really wanted to know, as did I, but still wouldn’t have one for family lol. He doesn’t like all that hoopla. It’s a girl and that may have scared the bejesus out of him lol.

I did a big one with my first but my husbands family wasn’t into it and they didn’t like that they had to wait so we did a little get together for just my family where we revealed it and texted the video of the reveal to my husbands family with my second.

My husband and I found out at the doctors appt, but we did a SMALL reveal for our parents since one side was so sure it was a boy and the other a girl. We just thought it would be fun to surprise them since I couldn’t wait!

I wanted to do one, however my in laws werent wanting to even hear the possiblity that they could be wrong about the baby being a boy. I knew deep down in my heart that I was having a girl, but no one would even entertain that. So we just did blood work and called everyone and told them it was a girl. I didnt want to deal with "upsetting" anyone with my babys gender. Hindsight, I should have done it, because screw that. But it is what it is. And I'm still having my little girl that I knew I was having. :)

They're a fun way to get family involved, but im not into the over the top gender reveals with fireworks and balloons going off all at once lol
