membrane sweep
ftm here: got my first membrane sweep this morning & i was wondering how long it takes to notice anything? ive has some cramping & lower back pain & some abdominal pressure on & off, but that’s nothing really new for me. when can you usually expect to start feeling anything? and what sort of things can be experienced? i know sweeps don’t work unless you’re body is ready, just trying to figure out what to expect & when. thanks in advanced!
