In certain places it can be illegal and the one that is 18 can get in major trouble if sex happens.  If it is illegal where they are living she could end up getting charges that effect her for years with jobs and such.

It’s all depends on what the Romeo and Juliet law is like in your state. Some places allow a 2-3 year age gap for young adults as long as both party’s are the same age as the states legal age of consent.

When I was 18 I went on a date with a boy that was 16. To be fair, I didn’t even know he was that young until after our date and after we stopped talking- but I still don’t see a problem with it as long as it’s within the “three year rule”

Everybodys gonna judge you cause hes underage/minor... but if you two are okay with it then whatever. Theres no reason not to date.
