What's wrong with me? Scared

I was just in Walmart and got these symptoms. I thought I was going to collapse!
Heart racing
Hot/sweaty
Nauseous
Dizzy
Weak
Clogged ears like I couldn't hear

What could it be? Blood pressure? Blood sugar?

Definitely ask a doctor about this, please.

That being said, sounds like you mightttt be seriously dehydrated.  Similar symptoms have happened to me before when I've done a bad job of drinking water.

This started happening to me and it kept happening more and more frequently. I have heart palpitations that have randomly started and I get that feeling when it happens. I guess it kicks up adrenaline and causes anxiety. At least for me. It's been very scary but helpful to hear from the doctor that it's normal. I would call and explain what happened. Good luck. :)

When my blood pressure drops I get like that. And usually in the first trimester your blood pressure is lower. Definitely call your doctor so they can keep an eye on it.

Thats how i felt  and my blood pressure was high,  i ended up in the hospital, tell ur dr!

I usually get like that when I have a hot flash. First time I had a hot flash was a couple weeks ago, I felt like I needed to lay down, even though I was reclined back in a car. Kept feeling like I was going to throw up, started breathing hard which usually leads to an increased heart rate for me, kept yawning even though I wasn't tired. I thought maybe my sugar was dropping so I grabbed a can of pop and took a couple drinks, my forehead and back got sweaty, couldn't see very well and my husband started to freak out when I started breathing hard ..cranked up the A/C, turned all the vents toward me and within a minute or so, I was completely fine.
The same thing happened again last week when I picked my stepdaughter up from school until I turned the A/C on and after a minute, I was fine again.
