September will be 5 years of trying - it’s getting harder - how to find energy to keep trying?

Aly

Hi ladies.

My husband and I have been trying for 5 years (in September). We got pregnant in August of 2018 but it was chemical pregnancy. Then again in November using letrozole and trigger shot. Lost baby in January. Since then we tried already 5 letrozole/trigger shot cycles. And nothing!

Last month I thought it was going to happen for us as we hit all the right days BDing.

And I got my period 2 days ago.

I am soo disappointed, frustrated, upset and don’t have energy inside to keep trying....

this cycle I decided not to take anything.... and want to give up but know that I can’t because we want to be parents - our parents want grandchildren... this pressure is becoming too hard to go through...

The feeling of being “broken” is unbearable...

How do you keep/find positive energy going to keep trying?

I’m thinking maybe seeing a counselor at his point to help me mentally to cope with it. Has anyone talked to a counselor and received help this way?
