Possible miscarriage?

I am a little over 4 weeks pregnant and I noticed a little brown discharge this morning with some blood in it. I took a pregnancy test and the line was faint. Has anyone else experienced this and ended up having a MC? I’m calling my doctor when they open but I’m worried.

I miscarried a little over two weeks ago. I was four weeks pregnant. I started with light cramping, light pink spotting then complete period bleeding with more intense cramping. I never felt as though I was pregnant the entire time just really tired. My husband and I are still trying and I am hoping that I will be pregnant again soon.  I am two days post ovulation. I had a mc at 13 weeks and it started w intense cramping and brown spotting. Hope all is well for you and your baby ♡
