Period Tracking Question TMI
Which day do you count as your period starting? I often have a few days of “brown blood” and discharge at the beginning of my period. Do you count this as the “first day” of your period or do you wait until you have a regular “flow” before you add to your tracker?
I’m curious because I know tracking this too early might effect my other cycle milestones, like time of ovulation etc...
