Financial help please!

Can you guys give me any tips on how to make and save more money? Are there discounts for power and water in the states? About to apply for food stamps but I don’t think we qualify for financial help.

SO lost his job and I’m a server and due with our second in February. Everything was great until this. Not to mention my mom has been asking me for money and help and I can’t afford any of it. Please help with real advice and no at home pyramid schemes.
