Period late but negative test

My period is late by 3 days.

I had a tiny amount of blood on my toilet paper two days ago and then there has been nothing since.

My Dr. says I have to wait two weeks before hell do a blood pregnancy test. Bc if I ovulated late then it won’t show yet.

My anxiety is through the roof and we are in San Diego on vacation until the 10th.

I wish I just knew one way or the other. I haven’t had a late period in about a year. I have PCOS so I’m just not sure what to think.

What can I do?
